Install Farmgenie on your phone
Follow the nine steps below. Red boxes show exactly what to select. Your phone may use slightly different wording.

1 Tap Download
Tap Download for Android on this page. Wait for Chrome to respond. If a safety warning appears, continue to Step 2 and confirm the download.

2 Confirm the download
If Chrome says the APK might be harmful, check that the file name is Farmgenie.apk, then tap Download anyway.

3 Open Chrome Downloads
In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner. In the menu, tap the item outlined in red: Downloads.

4 Tap Farmgenie.apk
In Downloads, find the completed Farmgenie.apk file outlined in red. Tap the file to start installing the app.

5 Open installation settings
If Android blocks installation from Chrome, tap Settings on the message. If installation is already allowed, skip to Step 7.

6 Allow unknown apps
Turn on the Allow from this source toggle for Chrome, as shown in green. Your phone may call this Install unknown apps or Unknown sources. Then use Android's back button to return to the installer.
7 Tap Install
After selecting Farmgenie.apk, Android asks, Do you want to install this app? Tap Install (outlined in red) and wait for installation to finish.

8 Open Farmgenie
Wait until Android shows App installed, then tap Open (outlined in red) to launch Farmgenie. If you tap Done, follow the next step to find the app on your phone.

9 Find Farmgenie and allow access
If you tapped Done instead of Open, close Chrome and return to your phone’s Home screen. Swipe up to search your apps for Farmgenie, then tap its icon. Sign in with your ERP account. When prompted, allow Location while using the app for attendance and allow Camera for face verification.

1 Download the app
Tap Download for Android above. If Chrome asks whether to download the file anyway, tap Download anyway and wait for it to finish.

2 Open Chrome Downloads
In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top corner, then choose Downloads.

3 Select Farmgenie.apk
Find Farmgenie.apk in the downloads list. Tap the file once it says the download is complete to start installing.

4 Install Farmgenie
If Android blocks the install, tap Settings, enable Allow from this source for Chrome, then return and tap Install.

5 Find and open the app
When installation finishes, tap Done or Open. Or close Chrome, go to your phone’s Home screen, swipe up, and search Farmgenie.

6 Allow attendance access
Sign in with your Farmgenie ERP account. When asked, tap Allow while using the app for location and Allow for camera when face verification needs it.

🔐 For your security, use only your own ERP login and install the APK downloaded from this Farmgenie page. If you do not see the app after installation, use your phone’s app search and type “Farmgenie”.
A LOOK INSIDE THE APP
Simple on your phone, from sign-in to profile
These mobile screen previews show what to expect. Your profile details are loaded securely from your Farmgenie ERP account.
🔐 Employee sign-in
Enter your Farmgenie ERP username or email and password. You can choose “Remember me” on your personal device. If you forget your password, contact your ERP administrator.
Allow camera access
When Farmgenie asks to take pictures and record video, tap While using the app, outlined in red. Camera access is used for face verification.
Allow location access
Keep Precise selected and tap While using the app, outlined in red. Location access helps verify your branch for attendance. Keep your phone?s location services switched on.
👤 Your employee profile
After sign-in, open Profile to review your employee ID, ERP user, company, designation, and branch. The preview uses example labels—your actual details come from your account.
ATTENDANCE MADE SIMPLE
Check in at your branch, check out when you finish
Use these mobile screen references to follow the attendance flow. Your available branches and live location are shown in the app.
📍 1. Check in at your branch
Open Home and tap Check In. Select the branch where you are starting work, then confirm. Keep location enabled while using Farmgenie so the app can verify that you are within that branch’s geofence. If you are near multiple branches, choose the correct one shown in the list.
✅ 2. Check out—even at another branch
When you finish work, tap Check Out and select the branch where you are currently located—even if it differs from your check-in branch. Confirm only after checking the selected branch and location. The app records your checkout time and location for that attendance entry.
